Gail Coleman, Owner of Estetika Skin & Laser Specialists is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with extensive training and experience in the field of cosmetic dermatology and laser surgery.
Gail's passion for treating the skin began in 2000 when she saw a great need for blending nature and science for patients desiring skin rejuvenation non-surgicaIly, non-invasively and healthfully, This passion has driven Gail to spend more than 10 years studying, traveling and educating herself and others in the advanced techniques of non-surgical face and body rejuvenation. Gail Coleman has earned a national reputation amongst her peers and has received much recognition for her excellent results, dedication and contributions to the field of cosmetic dermatology. Estetika was recently named the National CoolSculpting Center of Excellence and was given the distinct opportunity to be the exclusive provider of this procedure in the Milwaukee market. Gail was educated and graduated with academic honors from Lawrence University, Chicago Medical School and Marquette University.
James Berman, MD,
Medical Director
Joined Estetika as Medical Director in February of 2011. This Board Certified Dermatologist brings over 20 years of expertise in the area of treating diseases of the skin, hair and nails. He is pleased to offer cosmetic treatments such as Botox and Juvederm to our Estetika patients. Dr. Berman is also available for the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers as well as any other issues concerning the skin, hair or nails.
Joan Ball, Office Manager
Joan Ball is Estetika's office manager and patient coordinator. She has been with Estetika since its inception. Joan focuses most of her time addressing patient needs assuring them of a successful experience at Estetika. She is a superstar at customer service and is an integral part of the Estetika team. She is very experienced at helping patients choose procedures and products that most benefit them. She is married with an adult daughter and lives in Menomonee Falls.
Roberta Friederichs, RN, BSN, CLT
Roberta Friederichs is new to the Estetlka team in 2011. She graduated with honors In 1999 from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing. She spent many years living In the Philippines, China, and Brazil working with under served to improve medical care amongst the local populations.
Roberta returns to nursing after taking several years off to raise a family. She was invited to join our team and has quickly become available member of the Estetlka team. She is skilled and certified in the Exilis radio frequency tightening treatment for face & body, the CoolSculpting body procedure and PCA chemical peels. Roberta is married with four boys and lives in Mequon.
Tricia Henry, RN, BSN, CLT
Tricla Henry, Registered Nurse, joined the staff of Estetika in January of 2011. She is a graduate of Marian University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing. She has over 13 years of experience in procedures as a Cardiac and Cardiothoracic nurse. Her passion for cosmetic dermatology began after working with Gail Coleman since 2005 for the treatment of a hormonal condition called Melasma. Estetika patients have quickly embraced Tricia's warmth and skills. She serves patients in both our Mequon and Delafield locations.
Tricia has specialized training and certification in Chemical Peels, Sciton Laser Treatments, Radiofrequency Tightening Treatments, MicroCurrent Treatments as well as the latest non-invasive liposuction alternative treatment CoolSculpting, Tricia is married with 2 boys and resides in Menomonee Falls,
Jane Schwartz, RN, BSN, CLT
Jane Schwartz joined the Estetika team in 2011. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from UW-Oshkosh. With more than 34 years of nursing experience, she brings depth to the Delafield Estetika team. Her emergency room experience equips her with excellent procedural skills. This translates to precise and competent procedures to Estetika patients.
Jane is Sciton Laser certified, Exilis radio frequency certified, CoolSculptlng certified and PCA peel certified.
She also has professional certificates in ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CEN, She is married to Terry Schwartz and has 2 adult children.
Julie Steidl, RN, BSN, CLT
Julie Steidl joined team Estetika in 2011. She Is a graduate of Carroll University, Waukesha, WI. Her previous nursing experience includes pediatric and parish nursing. Julie will be serving patients In our Delafield location. She brings strong cynical skills with attention to fine detail, the perfect combination and complement to our practice of cosmetic dermatology. She is certified in radio frequency tightening procedures, CoolSculptlng fat reduction treatments, Sciton laser treatments and PCA chemical peels.
Julie is an active volunteer; coaching youth basketball and volleyball teams as well as designing costumes and coordinating stage make-up and hair for youth musicals. She lives In New Berlin with her husband and 3 children.
